Most fitness programs train the body in isolation. But BIG GAME Fitness is different. It's designed to bring you back home to your body and your Higher Self - to reclaim your health, your authentic strength, and to emerge as a transformed and fully alive human.

This is strength training for people who want to lead from their higher self, not from egoic patterns of force, over-efforting, or self-sacrifice.

BIG GAME Fitness trains the human being - who you are, and how you show up.  

Through a specific and intentional approach to strength training, the gym becomes a sacred space of learning and embodiment - a place where you encounter yourself in real time. You'll discover through direct experience:

  • How you respond under pressure
  • How you recover, integrate learning, and adapt

BIG GAME Fitness is a standalone offering - or a powerful addition to other offerings at BIG GAME Leadership. In other words, this may be the perfect starting point for you if you are interested in improving your health and strength in an embodied and dynamic way - while also expanding your leadership effectiveness and impact.

During this work, there are four primary areas of transformation that we focus on: 

  1. SELF: Who am I? This is the domain of personal identity, development, and maturity of your inner life... 
  2. HEALTH: How vital and alive do I feel? What is my capacity to take actions aligned with my BIG GAME and the needs of the world around me?...
  3. LIFE: Are the conditions in the various domains of my life set up to support my BIG GAME and the delivery of my highest contribution?...
  4. LEADERSHIP: What is the contribution I feel that I was born to make in this world? How can I lead myself, family, and business with more impact? Do I have the courage as a leader to go first?... 

Training the Inner Game Which Drives the Outer Game

With this approach to fitness training and health, you aren't just doing a mindless routine of exercises and practices. Instead, you're engaging in a transformational process with strength training as the main practice. 

As you learn to "lift and move" in the training space, you'll be learning skills and the ways of thinking, feeling, and being to "lift and move" in new ways in your life and leadership spaces! Specific exercises and health practices are utilized to not only get you "in shape", but also to shape you into a new way of being, relating, living, and leading in the world.

How We Work Together

BIG GAME Fitness is offered as:

  • 1-to-1 coaching or small group training
  • A hybrid model combining in-person and online work 
  • A minimum commitment of 6-months, although a 12-month commitment is highly recommended for deep, lasting embodiment
  • Currently only offered in the Terre Haute, Indiana, area
